Central city, and across the road from the main SkyCity complex, including all its restaurants and casino outlets. There is an airbridge between The Grand and the main Skycity complex. The hotel has two street entrances, main entrance is 90 Federal Street, the other entrance is Albert Street.

Rooms
All rooms are very spacious and beautifully furnished. The hotel opened in April 2005, so all rooms are brand new. Lower level rooms have city views, higher floors have panoramic harbour/city views. Standard inclusions are;
