The hotel location is approximately half way between the Christchurch airport and the city centre's Cathedral Square.

There is a range of bedding configurations. All are in good condition. The Studio rooms easily fit the two double beds in them. Furnishings are simple but well looked after. The Elms restaurant provides a range of local and international dishes. The restaurant is light and spacious. with windows overlooking the gardens. There is a Bar located off the lobby area.

The hotel exterior is a modern and stylish exterior surrounded by gardens. The property is four storeys and is predominantly of sand coloured stone.

There is a spacious and light lobby area, with casual seating and reception area.

This is a good hotel for the mid range leisure traveller. Ideal for those staying a few nights in the city. Also well located for the Airport.
