The Regal Plaza is located in Bur Dubai, only walking distance from the main shopping souks. It is centrally located in the heart of the commercial and banking area with Dubai International airport only 6 kms drive and the World Trade Center 4 kms away.

The medium sized rooms are conformable and well appointed. Furnished using a blend of colours, the well maintained rooms feature all expected amenities and are equipped to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are clean and kept in good condition. The hotel boasts 5 food and beverage outlets that include a 24 hour cafe, a popular traditional English style pub and night club and three restaurants offering Indian, Mexican and Chinese cuisines.

The hotel's 7-storey glass building is modern and recently built. The elevated entrance opens up the medium sized lobby, with the reception found on the right. A cafe is located on the left and adequate seating is made available to arriving guests.
