The building is located on the corner and is modern in design with a large glass facade. The medium sized lobby has a small seating area where refreshments may be served.

A popular budget hotel with limited facilities and services in a good location. Due to the number of nightclubs however the property is not always recommended for families. It is popular for the Stop Over Market who intend to explore Dubai rather than experience than spend time in the hotel.
