Krabi is both the name of the idyllic province of outstanding beauty on the Andaman Coast of Southern Thailand. It is about 814km south of Bangkok, with nearest international airport at Phuket. Most hotels in Krabi are beach resort.

Main Attractions
The water is cristal clear, you can see your own feet even you deep to your chin. Krabi's beach is slightly short with lots of pebbles, thus swimming out is less prone to scratches. There are numerous day trips available where you can venture out to small islets nearby. Prepare to snorkel and swim with the fishes. Lots of sunblock is recommended
Jim Thompson's House, with a coompond of six Thai houses, some as old as 150 years. Khao San road is the favorite night spot for traveler and local alike, with night market, bars and pub.
