The Hotel is situated in the heart of Bayswater on a quiet side street just off the Bays water Road, less than 5 minutes walk from Queens way and Bayswater underground station with its excellent connections to the West End.

On average the rooms are medium in size, and in good condition, decorated in pale, neutral colours. The bathrooms are also in good condition. There is no Restaurant as such but a large breakfast room located adjacent to the reception.

The hotel consists of several attractively renovated, connected and converted town houses dating back to the early 1900s. The lobby is an attractive feature of the hotel, it is small but welcoming, decorated in creams with a beige marble floor.
