The hotel is set overlooking a peaceful square in the heart of Bayswater, the Wedgewood Hotel is only five minutes from Bayswater and Queensway underground station, with their excellent connections to the West End.

The rooms are small and in good condition, they have been refurbished and redecorated in recent years. The small bathrooms are also in good condition. The breakfast room is located on the lower ground floor but is pleasantly light and airy due to its skylight, pale colour scheme and light modern furniture.

The hotel is a Victorian townhouse conversion typical of many in the area. The lobby is medium in size with a cream marble floor and a pleasant lounge with additional seating adjoining it.
