The hotel is situated in a quiet location in Bays water, almost next to Hyde Park and five minutes walk from Bays water and Queensway underground stations.

The rooms are small but in good condition, with unusual white textured walls and basic furniture in dark wood. The bathrooms are in fair condition. The restaurant is an unusual feature of the hotel, located on the lower ground floor the walls are exposed brick, wooden beams decorate the ceiling and other period features can be found. A very interesting room.

The hotel is a white Victorian townhouse conversion. The lobby is small, light and decorated in pastel colours with two seating areas, period features and tapestries of medieval royals hanging on the walls.

This is a good hotel, a step above most others in the Bays water area, offering comfortable, clean and nice accommodation in a peaceful and practical location.
