The Petit Palace Posada del Peine is a boutique hotel standing at one of the entrances to the Plaza Mayor, quite near the Puerta del Sol, in the historic centre of the city. The hotel is also located close to Madrid's main monuments and places of tourist interest.

The historic Posada del Peine, founded in 1610, has the honour of being the oldest hotel establishment in Spain.The building was later transformed in to a modern, comfortable hotel where much attention has been paid to detail, and was extensively renovated in 2005.

The hotel includes a total of 5 floors with 50 rooms, of which 10 are suites. The elegant foyer provides discerning guests with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a cafe and several lifts. Additionally, a bar, a restaurant, a business centre and a public Internet terminal with wireless access (WLAN) is offered.
