This Relais & Chauteaux hotel is housed in a small 19th Century mansion, situated in the centre of Madrid, close to Plaza Colon square.

The 28 rooms and 4 suites have been decorated with utmost care and offer guests a delightful welcome. The Garet Suite is particularly attractive.

The restaurant offers the most delicious international cuisine together with an impressive wine selection. The decor is classic and the service to a high standard.

The building dates from 1886 and was the residence of a Bourgeois family. Due to the strong literary and theatrical interests of the family, a theatre was set up in the 20's in the small Orfila Palace, and became famous for its performances. The hotel was converted to a hotel in 1999, preserving the original facade, the carriage entrance and the main stairway. The conversion has been carefully done to preserve the elegance and period features of the Palace.

The lobby and reception area are elegantly decorated and furnished to a very high standard. All the splendour and character of a past era have been preserved.
