The hotel is in southern Paris, very close to the Peripherique. The nearest metro station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The area is not particularly attractive.

The rooms are medium in size and in very good condition. They are modern and colourful, with tiled bathrooms and air conditioning. There is no restaurant in the hotel.

Theh hotel is a brand new and modern hotel. The lobby is modern, with a wooden reception desk on the left, and a large wooden staircase leading to the mezzanine. High, glazed windows overlook the street and offer a lot of natural light. Although this hotel is not centrally located, this 3 star hotel considered a superior tourist class property.
