The hotel is located in the historical centre, just few steps from Spanish Steps. It is located in Via Margutta, one of the areas renowned for its antiques and art galleries.

Rooms are medium in size furnished in a modern, conceptually innovative. All have parquet floor and wooden furniture. Bathroom area is separate by bedroom area by a not-see-trough sliding door. A large column divides the bedroom area from the entrance, in respects of the innovative style. The restaurant is modern and classic at the same time with vault ceilings and big chandeliers.

This is a typical Roman building in a modern style. The entrance of the hotel is modern in white colour with a long corridor that brings to the reception.

The lobby is medium in size, the style is a mixture of classic and modern. Lobby, that once was a chapel, is crowned with fresco vaulted ceiling. The large sitting area, white coloured, is composed by backless sofas 'pouf style' and glassed coffee tables. At the right of this sitting area there is a stained glass window with a platform that brings to another sitting area extremely modern with strange chairs and cubic coffee tables.

This is really a very good property with mixture of classic and modern style, in a very good position.
