3 Star, Superior Tourist Class Modern Hotel

The hotel is located just 3 minute from Shinjuku 3-chome subway station, and 10 minutes on foot from Shinjuku JR station. It is in a center of business and shopping area but the atmosphere is quite calm and peaceful.

All rooms are medium in size, clean, bright and well furnished. The bathrooms are all in good condition. The corridors leading to the guest rooms are very bright, with some artwork and background music. The hotel has a restaurant that opens through the day and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is small coffee lounge is just attached to the main lobby and is serving light snacks and drinks.

The hotel consists of two towers. The main building is a nine storey one and the annex building is six storey. The lobby is small but clean and tiled in marble. There is some sitting area.
