The hotel is located in Odaiba, one of the most fashionable areas in Tokyo. It takes only a few minutes train ride to the Tokyo Big Sight, one of the biggest trade fair sites in Japan. The monorail station is very close by. Airport shuttle buses to Narita and Haneda airports are available. There is also a shuttle bus to Tokyo Disney Resort.

The rooms are very large, in very good condition, and are stylishly furnished with a private balcony looking out onto the marvelous views of the city. The hotel has eight restaurants and a lounge, and a bar, and some command magnificent views of Tokyo Bay. All the restaurants are no-smoking.

The hotel is housed in a big modern white building, very recognizable even at a distance. The lobby is medium, very modern and luxuriously furnished and is located on the second floor. It has large windows looking out onto the breathtaking views of metropolitan Tokyo. It is themed as nautical decoration through out the public areas.
