The hotel is located a few minutes walk from JR Shinagawa station, one of the major stations in Tokyo which has a stop for the Bullet train (Shinkansen) and several underground lines making it easy for the visitor to move around the city. Both Narita and Haneda International Airports can be accessed easily. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from Shinagawa station. The surrounding area has a variety of shops and restaurants.

All the rooms are very large with sitting areas and lovely views of the hotel's beautiful Japanese gardens through wide opened window. There is also a dressing table and bathrobes provided in every room.
